    With Asghar Farhadi in person

Dir. Asghar Farhadi. 2021, 127 mins. In Persian with English subtitles. With Amir Jadidi, Mohsen Tanabandeh, Fereshteh Sadre Orafaiy. The latest film from Farhadi (the two-time Academy Award–winning director of A Separation and The Salesman) is the story of Rahim—a man in jail for a debt he can’t repay. When a plan to erase his debt goes awry, he gains unexpected and unwelcome notoriety. In his attempt to restore his reputation and family, he must reckon with a misunderstanding that has spiraled out of control. Farhadi's gripping drama won the Grand Prix at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, and was selected as the Iranian submission to this year's Academy Awards.

Free with RSVP. Please check in at the Museum's admissions desk to pick up your ticket. All seating is general admission. Please review safety protocols before your visit.
